The Connecticut ISSA Chapter, established in 1999, enjoys many members, from both the public and private sectors, who receive the benefit of learning and sharing knowledge about Information Systems Security. Sign up to attend a free ISSA local event.

Join us at an upcoming ISSA Meeting. You will have the opportunity to enjoy presentations on pertinent industry topics, connect with practicing professionals, learn about future chapter activities and earn CPE credits. You will also receive a complimentary copy of the ISSA Journal. Membership Requirements

(i) Professionals who have as their primary responsibility information systems security in the private or public sector or professionals supplying information systems security consulting services to the private or public sector; or
(ii) educators, students, attorneys and law enforcement officers having a vested interest in information / data security; or
(iii) professionals with primary responsibility for marketing or supplying information on security products or services.
ISSA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, disability, religious or political affiliation, age or sexual orientation.

Chapter Information

Membership in ISSA requires affiliation with an established chapter, if there is one within 50 miles of your home or place of employment. A special Member-At-Large membership category has been established without chapter dues for those members residing or employed outside a 50-mile radius of a chapter.

Membership Fees

Please pay both the ISSA and chapter dues with one payment. Fees are to be paid to the International Organization. Membership is based upon a 12-month cycle, and billing is done prior to the member's anniversary date.
